The eastern room is dedicated to the ancestral homeland. 

Here, we display the objects that the refugees from Afisia brought with them when they were forced to leave their island. Through these belongings, we seek to bring everyday life in Afisia back to life.

Every object tells a human story - sometimes one of joy and creativity, sometimes one of pain and loss.
